Andrew is a qualified engineer by trade and worked as an agricultural engineer before starting his own plant machinery business. In 1994 he saw an opportunity to diversify the family farm and pony trekking centre into an off road rally karting track and outdoor activity centre.
Since then he has gained a wealth of experience working with groups and individuals from all walks of life and has earned an excellent reputation for providing a unique experience in a fun and safe environment.
Over the years Andrew has provided work experience and employment to several young people who were struggling to engage with the traditional approach to education and found that he was able to relate to them and help them find their true potential.
This sparked a passion for working with disengaged young people and in 2014 he became involved in a project with Powys Youth Services where a group of young people built off road karts and tested them on the track at Mid Wales Off Rd. The Game Change Project enables him to build on this experience and help more young people get their foot on the ladder and improve their future prospects
