Before becoming involved with the Game Change Project, Sian worked as a health coach for Powys Teaching Health Board, supporting people with long term mental and physical health conditions to improve their wellbeing.
Prior to this she was a Community Development Officer in Denbighshire and has four grown-up children. She has been keeping and riding horses for as long as she can remember and has done her British Horse Society examinations.
She is a strong believer that working with and handling horses is a fantastic way to develop confidence, respect, self awareness, communication and numerous other life skills. In 2019 she gained a diploma in Equine Facilitated Learning. By joining forces with Andrew, she believes they have what it takes to make a real difference to young people’s lives.
